Please keep in mind that I’m a Mom,  possibly someone very similar to you.  I am NOT a qualified medical professional in any aspect.  Nothing on this website should ever be construed as medial advice.  As with anything else,  you should talk first with your doctor before trying anything new.

You should note that your doctor is your advocate for your healthcare.  Please include them in your journey.  Tell him or her about your experiences with essential oils!  You may be surprised to learn that your doctor will likely be very supportive of your efforts.  Essential oils fall under the category of self care,  along with the more familiar aspects such as exercising,  eating healthy,  and drinking enough water.   Your doctor will keep you aware of any special information you need to know in regards to your own wellness goals and essential oils.  My own doctor has been highly supportive as well as intrigued by how I use the oils to maintain good health.

Let’s begin!  I love teaching,  and this is where we can get down to really educating you on which oils best support which areas of the body.

About Betsy Dirks

I strongly believe that you can fix anything with doTERRA essential oils and a fresh pot of coffee. I am a doTERRA representative local to Pennsylvania, Delaware, & Maryland. When I discovered essential oils three years ago, it was amazing to me how quickly and effectively I could experience the benefits of aromatherapy. The very first oil I used was lavender. I had been going through a difficult and stressful time in my life. As I began to use the lavender essential oil, I found it to be incredibly calming, quieting, and provide a much-needed sense of relaxation. At the same time, I remembered a vow I made as a kid to share whatever ended up making a difference for me with my various wellness challenges. And so my love of sharing essential oils was born! Not local, buy from my online doTERRA store and attend online essential oil classes through Facebook!
