My name is Betsy, and I help women with health issues get out of discomfort, sleep deeply, breathe clearly, and feel happier through essential oils and natural supplements.

Ten years ago, I was in bed most of the time, unable to be outside without breathing issues, I felt sad, and was in constant discomfort. But I was determined to find a way to overcome my health struggles, and I did. All using natural wellness tools.
