How I Like To Use doTERRA AromaTouch Blend

I literally feel myself relax as soon as I open the bottle and smell AromaTouch oil.  For this reason,  it’s an oil I love to put in my diffuser.  I diffuse AromaTouch oil during times of tiredness or just when I need a calming aromatherapy oil.

Massage blend is a blend of essential oils to help promote muscle relaxation.  In fact,  I just used it myself topically, and it felt so good I had to come blog about it right away!

Use AromaTouch After A Stressful Day

I had kind of a stressful day today, to be honest. With hours of computer work.  It’s been my dream for a long time to create a compliant reference site available for all essential oil users,  but it’s definitely time-consuming to get it up and running!  So to that effect my neck muscles were feeling tired and a bit cranky after putting in a full day.
