Hey there butterfly. So you’ve made it through a couple of videos – congratulations! Now here’s where it starts to get even more fun, because you’re going to start to take some actual action steps. You’re not going to just watch videos, but we’re going to start to give you actual action steps towards getting set up and prepared for success.

So the first thing is, you’re going to watch that video in that module. And then also, before you do that, I want you to be prepared, that they are going to list a lot of resources. Now you don’t have to know all of the resources to do be successful at your business. What resources are here for, like, even the business guide itself. This is huge! It would take you have a long time to read through it and absorb the information. Which is why the course is here to to help.

But you don’t have to know everything to jump in and be successful. So even if you just have a friend that has some head tension, and you want to share some peppermint with her, you’re going to learn how to log into your doTERRA office, and you can sell her some peppermint. Okay, so don’t feel like as you’re going through this course material that you have to wait to be sharing essential oils. I want you as sharing essential oils from day one. Okay, so I did want to point that out.

And then also, we want to talk about overwhelm. Because wow, they’re going to list a whole bunch of resources. And you’re going to feel like, oh, my goodness, she’s talking too fast. So what I did for you, is I backed up and I created you a little downloadable PDF, I’m going to send it through email, so I don’t have to store the PDF on my website. So I’ll have a little email box that you can sign up and get that PDF. And you’ll also get some extra emails from me and tips and tricks about the oils, and business tips and things for doTERRA. So it’s win win for you. And on that I’m gonna list all of those resources that they listed in the videos. But it’s going to be in a visual format, and it’s going to be clickable. So that you can just use it truly as a resource when you need it.

And not feel like, “I have to absorb all this information before I move on”. Because that could be… someone could really get stuck there. Right? They could get stuck there a long time in this learn it all mode. And I’m laughing because I do this, okay, I do this. And it’s not, it’s not the best way to move quickly, and move your business forward. So what I have started to do, and it’s helped me a ton, and it’s just a little tip that I wanted to share with you. I take 28 minutes a day. Now it could be any time increment, I do suggest more than 10. I spend those minutes for personal development.

So I suggest that as you’re leaning into your doTERRA business, that perhaps you spend 28 minutes a day, exploring these resources, and learning what’s at your fingertips. If you just kind of break it up like that, you’re going to cut through the overwhelm, still be able to take action, and keep learning, and keep implementing as you go.

So that is going to be your homework today to set up a time block every day that you are doing personal development. And personal development, it can look like a lot of things. It can look like reading books about personal development. That’s great, especially if you kind of have a low kind of mindset. But it can also be things that are very tactical, and hands on. Like these courses, that you’re setting a time every day to work on. Improving your skills with your doTERRA business. Okay, so I want you to do that. And I want you to take it, and put it right on your calendar every day.

And then you’re also going to do the vital action steps that they have listed with the video over on the course. Download the PDF that I have for you have all the resources she listed some videos so you don’t have to get overwhelmed and set aside time on your calendar every day. For that personal development where you are going to spend time improving on your mindset. You’re going to spend time improving on these skills as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate.
