I love using my DigestZen oil when I’m having a bit of tummy discomfort. It’s all natural and gentle on my tummy. I rub the oil directly on my stomach after diluting. Or I take a DigestZen soft gel internally. When I am having sinus discomfort, I rub a little bit of diluted digestive oil right over my sinus areas! Believe it or not, this works really well for sinus comfort.

doTERRA DigestZen may be used topically, aromatically, or internally. I suggest diluting before topical use on sensitive skin, such as the stomach.
