What does Patchouli smell like?
The aroma of Patchouli may have once been associated with hippies. But we’ve come a long way since those historical times.
Better known as a calming essential oil, and useful for focus, Patchouli is certainly potent, and highly recommended. The aroma is earthy, which is where the grounding and focus properties come from.
If you can’t get enough of that Patchouli scent, you could make your own essential oil perfume (or cologne) with Patchouli in it!
Or add a few drops to our doTERRA spa lotion to enjoy Patchouli fragrance all day long. 😍 Would you love to have your own Patchouli lotion? It’s really simple to make!
Patchouli Lotion
- 1 bottle doTERRA Spa Lotion
- 20-30 drops Patchouli essential oil
Mix Patchouli lotion ingredients together in a glass jar. If the oil and lotion separates, simply stir with a metal spoon before use! This blend is especially helpful for dry skin.
