Peppermint was one of the first essential oils I ever tried. I was experiencing a lot of head and neck tension and discomfort. My good friend, Christin, was telling me about Peppermint oil! She enjoyed a lot of success for her own head and neck tension. Christin said to try rubbing the peppermint right on my head and neck. I started using the Peppermint often, and it helped ease my head and neck discomfort. That experience helped me understand the power of Peppermint! 🙂 Peppermint is still an oil I use OFTEN. Peppermint is fantastic for head and neck tension! Re-apply as needed every 15-20 minutes.
Cook With Pure doTERRA Peppermint Oil
doTERRA Peppermint oil is very pure. It is CPTG grade, which is the only essential oil grade I am comfortable ingesting. Because of this, you can cook with pure doTERRA Peppermint oil! A favorite recipe is peppermint brownies. Simply mix as you normally would. Add a few drops of pure doTERRA peppermint oil to the batter. Bake as normal. Viola! Peppermint brownies!
