- 0:05 I’m going to talk to you about two of my favorite essential oils for mood.
- 0:13 And I have Citrus Bliss and Wild Orange. They are beautiful!
- 0:32 No one is happy all the time. So what I find is I diffuse my essential oils, and just use them around the house.
- 0:43 The aromas are so uplifting and I find myself starting to smile again.
- 1:08 And it has vanilla absolute in it too, so that just makes it smell so yummy. And it has all the citrus essential oils.
- 1:13 Citrus oils, they have some constituents in them, that’s just really uplifting for our mood.
- 1:30 Citrus Bliss – it’s like liquid sunshine. And that’s kind of how I think about it.
- 1:50 You can put it in your diffuser, about 5-6 drops, and you’re going to just love that for helping uplift your mood on those blah days.
- 2:08 Wild Orange is one of the first essential oils I ever experienced.
- 2:20 It’s uplifting, but it’s also calming. So when I was first starting to use essential oils, I wasn’t really sleeping well at night because I just would lay there, and I’d worry, and just stress over the day.
- 2:34 So I found diffusing the Wild Orange really helped me let go of that.
