⭐ Holiday Happiness Post 2
Let me share some of my story with you as we’re getting started. Essential oils for emotional use is a topic close to my heart.
When I first started using essential oils, I was battling ongoing health concerns. I had no idea what was making me not feel at the top of my game, and I felt at the end of my rope. This struggle had gone on for years.
I had a newborn son, and was caring for the constant demands of my then two-year-old daughter. My husband’s new job involved traveling overseas for weeks at a time, and it was all incredibly overwhelming. It felt lonely. I was struggling to cope emotionally with all the adjustments and changes (we had just moved, too!).
I started using doTERRA essential oils for my physical health goals but was stunned, amazed, and ultimately so grateful for the emotional benefits these oils gave me.
🍊 Wild Orange every night. It helped me feel calm enough to go to sleep.
🧘🏼♀️ Breathe on my chest for anxious feelings and it eased that sense of tightness around my anxious heart.
🍋 Lemon for myself and the kids while my husband traveled and it helped us be more cheerful.
🌿 Eucalyptus for some physical wellness goals but that helped me emotionally too. I later found out that Eucalyptus is the emotional oil for “wellness” and let me tell you I sure needed some “wellness” introduced into my life right then.
I can say that starting to use doTERRA essential oils was a true turning point for me, both physically and emotionally. I truly started my journey of wellness the first time I used essential oils, and feel nothing but gratitude (and more than a few tears of thankfulness!) as I type this small piece my story for you to read tonight. 🦋
These oils are amazing and profound in emotional benefit. In the six years since I started using doTERRA, they introduced the emotional aromatherapy line. These fragrant blends take all of the guesswork out of emotional essential oil work. They are labeled simply. Even a beginner could realize “Cheer” might “cheer you up. Balance might “balance you”, and so on.
