Lime: Natural Sticky Residue Remover One
Lime essential oil is beyond amazing as a household cleaner. It doesn’t get as much attention as the more well-known lemon oil, but it should!
True story: When my daughter was two, my son was newborn. Life was crazy and chaotic. I went into our guest room one day. Only to discover that my daughter had “decorated”. That brand new white wood bedside table? Totally covered with stickers. Every inch had a sticker on it. I panicked! But I remembered reading on the doTERRA official site that Lime oil would remove sticker residue. What did I have to lose? I was beyond amazed when it worked! Every ounce of sticky residue from the stickers was gone! I simply dropped several drops of lime oil over the stickers. Then I scrubbed a bit with a rag and water. Everything came up so easily!
Lemon: Natural Sticky Residue Remover Two
Another cleaning oil to consider is doTERRA Lemon essential oil. Lemon oil is fantastic to remove sticky label residue. Just yesterday, we were having company over. I needed to move a lamp into another room. When I picked it up, I noticed that one of the kids had “decorated” it with a Palace Pets sticker. First, I grabbed my doTERRA Lemon oil. I didn’t have a lot of time! Next, I dropped oil directly onto the sticker. I let it sit about 10 minutes while I grabbed a cup of coffee. Lastly, I took a paper towel, wet it, and gently scrubbed. Sticker… be gone! One application of lemon oil. Amazing, all natural and safe. Can you see yourself using pure lemon oil to clean sticky messes?
