Here is a little DIY recipe for you. An essential oil recipe to help you sleep better at night! This is a pillow mist you can make simply using essential oils and water! It’ so easy and you will be able to make this DIY Sleepy Pillow Mist in less than 5 minutes!
In a glass essential oil spray bottle, mix together:
- 10 drops doTERRA Clary Sage oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Lavender oil
- 5 drops doTERRA Bergamot oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Roman Chamomile oil
Top with water. Shake gently before using. Use sleepy pillow mist on bedding to rest well and freshen sheets. Reapply as needed.
