As I put this oil combination in my diffuser tonight, I knew it was going to be a winner. Spring Bliss Diffuser Blend is a beautiful blend to diffuse during the spring season. Light, and uplifting, kind of like Spring herself. At the same time, this blend promotes healthy respiratory function and uplifted mood in a wonderfully fragrant way.
Let’s talk about the individual oils. I chose each oil for a reason, not only because they smell amazing. Even though they do smell amazing, too.
Lime essential oil has long been a favorite of mine, because of it’s positive aroma. Who would be able to smell citrus and not feel uplifted? Lime helps me to feel energetic, and as a busy mom, I often turn to that benefit!
In contrast to Lime, Lavender is calming. It would seem almost opposite, right? Yet oils always work together, instead of against each other. You never have to worry that this oil is going to react badly with that other oil. It’s one of the coolest things that it’s possible to have calming and uplifting properties, not just in blends, but in the oils themselves. Bergamot is a prime example of an oil that carries both calming and uplifting properties.
Lavender promotes healthy immune function, too. This was my primary reason for adding Lavender into Spring Bliss.
I love spearmint. Truly love it. If you are familiar with peppermint essential oil, I find that Spearmint carries similar benefits to peppermint, yet has it’s own unique aroma and properties. I chose Spearmint in the blend primarily because it is supportive to healthy respiratory function. We also love Spearmint for it’s positive benefit in promoting a healthy mood.
To diffuse this blend, you will add 2 drops each of Lime, Lavender, and Spearmint to your essential oil diffuser. Click on that diffuser and enjoy the aromatic benefits!!!!
