Stable health sounds great, doesn’t it? We all want to be healthy! Maybe you have heard the saying “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.” It’s completely true, isn’t it? Our health affects our whole life, so we need to take care of and maintain good health. With this post, I will share with you the natural options I use to get stable health for my own family.
What Does Stable Health Mean?
Stable health means I wake up with a smile on my face in the morning. I am eager to meet the day because I feel well. I’m not feeling discomfort in my body. Tension isn’t a problem because I have safe natural ways to deal with it. My whole family sleeps well at night. The immune systems of my family are strong and in good working order. I am at a healthy weight and comfortable in my own skin. Because my health is stable, I am able to help others the way I want to and I have good energy. I feel good about the health care solution I use for myself and my family.
How Do I Get Stable Health For Myself And My Family?
To maintain this state of stable health, there are many natural options. This might involve supplementation, healthy diet, and a good exercise routine. Even drinking enough water is so important that we hear about it everywhere! We do all of these as a family. However, the very simplest way my family first began experiencing stable health was through the use of essential oils.
We Use Essential Oils Daily
We have an essential oil routine that fits our individual needs. Every morning, we put On Guard on our feet. This keeps our immune systems healthy. Next, I fill our essential oil diffuser. I often diffuse oils for energy and mood support first thing in the morning. Then I switch it up through the course of the day. I especially love to diffuse Breathe as an on-going support for my lungs and sinuses. I find that for my emotional health, it’s very important for me to use Frankincense daily. Other oils vary according to my needs at the time. My husband starts out his day with a large glass of water and few drops of grapefruit oil.
